The Deletion Protocol

Submit Authentication Details

Provide the identity and email associated with your account so we can locate your unique record in our sports database.

Community & Social Exit

Upon deletion, all your social footprints (posts, likes, shares) and active community chat history will be disconnected or anonymized.

Gaming & Financial Purge

Your fantasy team records, betting history, and reward points are permanently cleared. KYC documents are archived for the mandatory legal period before destruction.

Retention & Marketplace Records

Official marketplace order history and digital ticket logs are retained for auditing.
Wallet transaction IDs (Selcom/Stripe) are archived to comply with financial transparency laws.
Unused wallet balances MUST be withdrawn via the mobile app before initiating this request.
